Applicable fees and payment requirements will generally be displayed at the time of registration or communicated separately.

Any cancellation or refund request will be considered in accordance with the applicable GBA policy, competition conditions and Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Participation in GBA competitions, teams, programs and activities may be subject to additional rules, policies and codes.

• Basketball Australia policies.

6. Junior Participants

Where a participant is under 18 years of age, registrations, permissions and other agreements may need to be completed or approved by a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring information provided on behalf of a junior participant is accurate and for advising GBA of information relevant to that participant’s safe involvement in basketball activities.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content on this website including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, documents and other material is owned by or licensed to GBA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view, download or print website material for personal, non-commercial use.
